These are the best cookies ever! >> Watch << when I made them for my dad (but forgot he doesn't eat dairy)...oops. More 🍪🍪 for me! And now, I'm sharing them with you.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp pur vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter, white and brown sugars until combined (If using a mixer, use the flat beater attachment).

Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.

Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Use a medium cookie scoop, evenly space your cookies on your cookie sheets.

Bake cookies in preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until they are barely starting to turn brown.

Let them sit on the baking pan a few minutes.

Let the cookies cool completely on a cooling rack.
** You can use your favorite kind of chocolate as long as you keep it to 2 cups.
